JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Ha Noi / Hybrid - team meeting offline 2 times per week in Hanoi, flexible locations.
Employment Type: Full-time - No Moonlighting or Part-Time Work Allowed - Must have no ongoing commitments or obligations that would interfere with the role
Job Industry: Skincare - Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
After training, develop a thorough understanding of our services, products, and customer service operations in a fast-paced start-up environment, including across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Proactively and promptly address customer queries and resolve issues/requests within SLA across multiple communication channels (Email - 90% and other social platforms - 10%) to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction & upselling revenue.
Coordinate closely with team members to support tasks related to the customer journey, such as testing new features, managing order fulfillment, handling review improvement initiatives and managing payment processes, including handling chargeback requests.
Learn in-depth skincare knowledge to transition into a skilled skincare consultant capable of providing tailored advice to customers.
Gather customer insights to propose improvements and introduce new features, products, and processes. Collaborate with the team to implement these improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by Managers to support teamwork and contribute to achieving team and company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
Fluency in written English: minimum 7.0 IELTS writing or equivalent (certificate is not required)
Personal Laptop with decent specs to easily navigate between platforms.
Fresh graduate/Junior - up to 1 year of experience
Trustworthy and reliable, with a high level of honesty and integrity in all tasks
Very detail-oriented and careful with every assignment, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Proactive Attitude: A proactive can-do attitude, thrives on minimal supervision, and exhibits a high degree of responsibility and initiative.
Resilience and a strong work ethic are suited to the demands of remote work
Driven to complete tasks and achieve goals efficiently, leveraging flexible hours to work smartly without adhering to a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

PREFER TO HAVE
Customer-driven mindset: be able to manage, prioritize, and follow up on customer requests in an organized and actionable manner to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction, solutions & start-up environment.
Strong passion & knowledge for skincare or experience in the beauty industry is a great plus!
BENEFITS
Standard package: 12 - 14 million VND/month (Base salary + Monthly performance bonus)
Working hours: approx. 40 hours per week (flexible hours - late hours not required) with 1 day rotating shift during the weekend
Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam's official schedule. ($10 bonus for covering national holidays + added paid leave accordingly)
Note: This position operates under a contractor service agreement. As such, the offered amount will be wire transferred monthly in USD, with no additional benefits or paid obligations such as social or health insurance included.
