About the Role
This is not a traditional internship.
You will not spend your time making pretty reports for someone else.
You will work on real problems, ship real outputs, and help us turn messy workflows into scalable systems.
What you will mainly work on
Run growth experiments across content, outreach, onboarding, and activation
Improve internal workflows so the team can move faster with less manual work
Build simple systems, automations, trackers, and operating playbooks
Write and refine landing page copy, campaign ideas, and user-facing messaging
Analyze what is working, what is not, and what should change next
Turn vague problems into clear next steps
Use AI tools aggressively and thoughtfully to increase speed and quality
You may be a fit if you:
Learn new tools very quickly
Naturally try to improve broken or inefficient processes
Enjoy solving ambiguous problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions
Can explain your reasoning clearly
Care about both speed and quality
Have decent taste in content, structure, and what feels clean or trustworthy
Are excited by AI and already use it to learn, build, or automate things
Are comfortable working in English
Strong signal for us
You do not need to be excellent at everything, But it is a very strong signal if you can do at least one of these:
Build a simple web page with AI tools
Turn messy ideas into a clean doc or PDF
Create a workflow or automation that saves time
Write clear copy with strong structure
Analyze a process and suggest better ways to run it
