JOB SUMMARY
The Global Processes Intern will support the Head of Global Processes in improving systems, data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency across CRCC Asia's global teams. This role combines process improvement, CRM administration, data management, reporting, and project implementation, providing hands-on experience in driving organizational effectiveness.
The intern will work closely with multiple departments across the organization to support company-wide initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in operations, business systems, CRM administration, business analysis, process improvement, and business systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Administration & Data Management
Support the maintenance and improvement of Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user processes.
Perform data audits, cleanup, record matching, duplicate management, and data migration projects.
Process Improvement & Automation
Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Assist with testing and implementation of automations, forms, integrations, and new operational processes.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain process guides, training materials, and internal documentation.
Document business processes, system changes, and project outcomes to support organizational knowledge sharing.
Project Implementation & Coordination
Support CRM, reporting, and process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
Coordinate with different departments to gather requirements, track progress, and follow up on action items.
EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interest in process improvement, business systems, and operational efficiency.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working with large datasets, data cleanup, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Experience with dashboards, CRM systems, or data analysis is an advantage.
Able to learn new software and business systems quickly. Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, cultures, and timezones.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
