JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing :
Proactively find the global supply source,
research the new product for internal requirement
Product
development strategy: work with the internal team to ensure the product &
market development for both new demand and specified needs
Supplier :
Actively work with the supplier for the quotation, sample... Negotiate
contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Supplier
Evaluation : Conduct thorough evaluations of potential suppliers, services
capabilities, reliability, and financial stability. Analyze and compare
competing suppliers to recommend the best option for the supply source
Supplier Contact:
Regularly communicate with suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and
ensure smooth operations. Maintain relationships with existing ones to expand
the supply base
Supplier
Presentations: Present business requirements and expectations to suppliers,
ensuring a clear understanding of our needs.
Monitor
product/supplier developing projects, provide information support to internal
team to address the project requirements in a timely manner.
Daily update / weekly
report for any inquiry
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years
of experience as a Buyer
- Experience in
international cosmetic, beauty health buying is a plus
- Fluent in
English: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening
- Proficiency in
Chinese is a plus
- Knowledge and
logical of system (ex. Odoo, ERP, and QBO software)
- Easily adapt to
new environments and open to change
- Ability to
effectively organize tasks and work independently with initiative
- Always provide
timely responses in work-related matters
