👩💻 Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Translate client objectives into effective performance marketing strategies, tailored to each brand's goals and industry.
Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking.
Write and test ad copy, collaborate with
designers on creatives, and build high-converting campaigns across multiple funnel stages.
Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Develop performance reports, insights, and recommendations for client presentations.
Work closely with marketing managers, SEO specialists, and creatives to ensure cohesive strategies.
Keep up with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform campaign evolution.
Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables in a high-performance, agency setting.
🌋 Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of paid media funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and campaign management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Data Studio).
Skilled in A/B testing, retargeting, audience building, and budget pacing.
Comfortable with client communication, reporting, and translating data into insights.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo, or Shopify integrations.
