JOB DESCRIPTION
Reconcile revenue acceptance:
Receive and summarize revenue data from sources: sales system, reports from sales department or partners.
Perform revenue reconciliation for each acceptance period, ensuring data matches between sales report - deliveredoutput - acceptance table - invoice.
Coordinate with Commercial/Accounting department to handle differences (if any), ensuring acceptance is completedon schedule.
Prepare fully relevant documents for each acceptance period: order summary table, acceptance minutes, revenuereport as required
Purchasing Support:
Track inventory, place orders according to company standards or proposed department needs
Follow up with the proposed department to work with suppliers to receive quotes, compare and propose options.
Check and review purchase contracts with suppliers to ensure reasonableness and compliance with companyregulations.
Monitor delivery progress to check goods in terms of: quantity, quality, accompanying documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
Graduated from College/University majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in reconciling e-commerce platforms, or Sales Admin in FMCG/Logistics/Trade industries.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table functions...)
Good organizational skills, data checking, and working with numbers.
Meticulous, accurate, and able to withstand work pressure.
Nice to have:
Skills: Multi-tasking, Time-management, Communication
Proactive, takes initiatives, and works independently.
Experience in project management skills; capable of managing multiple client projects and initiatives
