JOB DESCRIPTION
The Survey Programming & Data Processing Intern will support market research operations by designing survey links for both online and offline data collection, executing data processing activities, and contributing to automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research technology, survey programming, data processing, and automation development while supporting both local and global projects. All assigned tasks will be performed in accordance with established processes, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support:
Prepare and process data according to project-specific formats and requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts for data processing using MRDCL.
Create and enhance automation solutions using VBA (Excel Macros), SurveyToGo (JavaScript), and Dimension/Decipher (Python).
Accurately follow detailed project specifications and instructions.
Monitor project timelines and ensure data deliverables are completed on schedule.
Support the implementation of new tools, services, and operational systems.
Maintain and update project-related documentation.
Execute survey programming and data processing tasks for assigned projects.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality project execution and timely delivery.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams.
Communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal.
Apply an AI-first mindset by leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Education
Third-year or fourth-year undergraduate students, or recent graduates from accredited universities
Technical & Professional Skills
Basic understanding of market research, data collection methodologies, fieldwork operations, or questionnaire workflows is an advantage.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.).
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus.
Interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
Well-organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
