We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support the CEO in daily operations and assist with key business initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work directly with company leadership and gain exposure to business operations and the AI industry.
Responsibilities
Support the CEO with administrative and operational tasks.
Assist the sales team with reports, sales decks, and sales pitches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support the preparation of Product Project Charters and related documentation.
Perform other tasks as required to support the CEO's daily work.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
