JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
As our Project Manager / PMO, you'll take ownership of technology and ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live - keeping clients, consultants, technical teams, and internal stakeholders aligned every step of the way. You'll manage scope, timelines, risks, and communication while keeping a sharp focus on delivery and client satisfaction. It's a hands-on role with genuine ownership and plenty of room to grow.
What you'll do
Lead ERP and technology implementation projects from planning through delivery.
Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
Keep clients and internal teams aligned, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
Stay ahead of risks, issues, and dependencies before they turn into blockers.
Run project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews.
Help shape and improve our PMO processes, templates, and ways of working.
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll bring
3+ years in project management, PMO, and delivery.
Hands-on experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or digital transformation projects.
A solid grasp of project management methods - Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills with both technical and non-technical people.
Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment.
Strong communication in Vietnamese and English, with both business and technical audiences.
Preferred to be based in Hanoi but happy to work hybrid, with occasional client-site days.
Nice to have
PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our technology consulting and project delivery team. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal project teams to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements and solution recommendations. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting the delivery of enterprise technology, ERP, SAP, and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing environment and be willing to work on-site at client locations approximately 2-3 days per week when required.
2. Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirements Analysis
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, processes, and operational requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and other discovery activities. Elicit, analyze, clarify, document, and manage business and functional requirements. Identify gaps, pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Analyze current-state processes and define future-state processes and improvement opportunities. Support the prioritization of requirements based on business value, project objectives, feasibility, and implementation priorities.
Process Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
Develop process flows, business models, use cases, user journeys, and other relevant analysis artifacts.
Work with functional and technical consultants to translate business requirements into feasible technology solutions.
Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions address underlying business needs.
Identify requirement gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, and potential implementation risks.
Support impact analysis when requirements or project scope change.
Documentation
Prepare and maintain high-quality project and business analysis documentation, including:
Ensure requirements and documentation are clear, complete, traceable, and agreed upon by relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Project & Technical Teams
Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Developers, and QA/Test teams.
Participate in project planning, requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint or delivery activities.
Clarify requirements and support technical teams throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle.
Support the management of requirement changes and ensure impacts are communicated appropriately.
Work closely with Project Managers to identify requirement-related risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.
Testing, UAT & Implementation Support
Support the preparation of test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Functional Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where required.
Coordinate with business users and project teams during UAT.
Support issue clarification and defect resolution from a business and functional perspective.
Support user training, process handover, and project go-live activities when required.
Client Engagement & Continuous Improvement
Participate in client workshops and project meetings.
Present analysis findings, process recommendations, and solution options clearly to stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with clients and internal project teams.
Contribute to the development of reusable consulting methodologies, templates, and knowledge assets.
Keep up to date with relevant technology, enterprise systems, ERP, SAP, and digital transformation trends.
REQUIREMENTS
3. Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Mid-level: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
Senior level: Typically 5+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to independently lead requirements analysis and client workshops.
Experience in technology consulting, enterprise software, ERP, MES, CRM, digital transformation, or system implementation is highly preferred.
Business Analysis Skills
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
Ability to analyze business processes and develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
Experience creating BRD, FRD/SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and functional specifications.
Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured-thinking skills.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Methodologies & Tools
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, [protected info], Lucidchart, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of BPMN, UML, process modeling, and wireframing is preferred.
Communication & Client-Facing Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to facilitate requirement workshops and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
