Mô tả công việc
1. Main responsibilities
a. Operation for co-location, hosting and connectivity:
- Operating and monitoring 24*7*365 co-location service with VAS (value added services) and managed services.
- Operating and monitoring company network equipment, various servers like web & mail servers, anti-spam, load balancers, storage servers.
b. Providing Help Desk, remote hand and other management service:
- Supporting customers when they have questions, notice trouble in 24*7*365 by mail and call with ticket system.
- Guarantee our service to customer, if we have emergency calls and mail from customers using ICT system, we check entire system and if we detect our partner infrastructure having troubles, we immediately ask them to check and recover the failure points, and finally report to customers about issue and status. We totally support troubles from first call to the end.
c. Building management & access control system:
- Fire prevention
- Security (Entrance, ITV, IC card, Biometric)
d. Monitoring facility system:
- M&E system: Power, UPS, Battery, ACMR, Generator
- Server Room facility
- Operating and monitoring 24*7*365, building system and facility system with Building management system (BMS).
2. Relationship:
- Other internal departments
- Support customer
- Communicate with Partner, Carrier, Vendor

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
- Diploma degree or Bachelor degree in profession of electronic and telecommunication or information technology
2. Skill & Knowledge:
- Have basic knowledge in IT field.
- Have ability to use MS Excel, MS Word.
- English: Fluent (At least TOEIC 450)
- Good communication skills
- Good teamworks
