Mô tả công việc
• Assist with system integration and service onboarding processes.
• Perform service functionality checks and verify that newly added content operates correctly.
• Communicate with clients regarding operational inquiries, service requests, and ongoing issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and updates for the supervisor.
• Monitor ongoing tasks and promptly report any operational or technical issues.
• Support additional projects and assignments directed by the Team Leader.
Yêu cầu
• No previous work experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• English proficiency is required, with the ability to conduct daily work communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Careful attention to detail and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
• Korean language skills are preferred.
• Experience in digital services, IT services, platform operations, or customer support is an advantage.
