Operation Audit Manager

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead the Operation Audit team in evaluating operational effectiveness, compliance with company standards, and execution quality across all stores. Ensure audit findings are translated into actionable improvement plans that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, inventory control, and overall store performance.
II. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operational Audit Strategy
• Develop annual Operation Audit plans based on operational risks and business priorities.
• Define audit scope, methodology, audit checklist, and audit standards for store operations.
• Continuously improve audit frameworks to align with company strategy and operational changes
2. Store Operational Audit Store
A. Lead operational audits covering:
• SOP compliance
• Customer service standards
• Cash handling procedures
• Inventory management
• Merchandising execution
• Promotion execution
• Product display compliance
• Store hygiene and safety
• Pharmacy operational standards
• Workforce scheduling
• Store documentation and record keeping
B. Identify operational gaps and non-compliance issues.
3. Operational Risk Assessment
• Analyze recurring operational issues.
• Identify root causes affecting store performance.
• Evaluate operational risks impacting customer experience and business efficiency.
• Recommend preventive controls and corrective action
4. Audit Reporting And Improvement
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, risk ratings, root causes, and improvement recommendations.
• Present audit results to Executive Management.
• Monitor corrective action plans until closure.
• Track recurring issues and improvement progress.
5. Performance Monitoring
• Develop Operational Audit KPIs.
• Monitor compliance trends across stores and regions.
• Analyze audit scores and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare periodic dashboards for management.
