Our client is a large Vietnamese company in Food industry, now looking for an Operation Director in Hanoi:
Review and build up SOPs for restaurant system
Maintain consistencies in operational systems
Provide feedback to Board of Managers, Head of Departments
Conduct or supervise training courses: SOP, recipes, specifications, and food safety, Systems Information
Supervise operating standards at every restaurants
Report to superiors

Academic level: University Degree in related fields
Experience: at least 8 years operational experience in a multi-unit retail and/or F&B businesses. More than 5 years management experience. 2 years experience in owning financial performance of venue and fluent in navigating P&Ls
Language: good English communication
Ability to think strategically and develop a long term vision
Good computer skills
