Job Descritption
1. Operate tour.
2. Sourcing and update database for operation team: accommodations, transportations, land tour ...
3. Maintain and improve services quality and customer satisfaction before and during each tour.
4. Collecting all contracting and pricing related activities.
5. Performing general administration tasks.
6. Advise Sales the right itineraries according to each client's profile/market.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or previous successful experience in Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of places, itinerary in Vietnam and others South East Asia Destination.
3. Networking with travel & tourism industry suppliers.
4. Self-discipline and organizational skills.
5 Experience in providing customer service for luxury/high end customer.
Experience:
At least 1 years at similar role
Soft skills:
1. MS Excel well, social networking.
2. Energetic and proactive.
3. Decision making skills.
4. Team player and able to work independently.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Attention to details and a 'hands-on' attitude.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
Core competencies
1. Logistics management.
2. Good organizational and time management skills.
3. Quality control services.
4. Strong knowledge of Vietnam and South East Asia country.

Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing )
