Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Manufacturing, ID11754, 3000USD):
Lead and manage overall factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and operational performance.
Monitor and control departmental budgets, optimizing costs and improving profitability.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, quality, and plating functions.
Motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagement.
Report directly to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and business growth.
Yêu cầu
Male, above 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
At least 5 years in an Operations Manager role within FDI mechanical manufacturing companies.
Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills (experience managing large teams of 300+ employees).
Good at English.
