Responsibilities
• Facilitate a smooth flow of materials in between the supplier and a company and movement of finished products between company and customers.
• Proper coordination in between various transportation channel and warehouses is achieved for facilitating faster movement of goods.
• Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to achieve optimal customer outcomes
• Developing of proper channel for easy communication of employees, customers and suppliers with organization
• Support the Head of Sales to manage the process, capacity, profitability, efficiency and delivery of all new project work to market
• Support the MD with the new strategic direction for building improved efficiencies
• Lead the Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance activities
• Lead and provide guidance to a team responsible for conducting QC testing, batch record reviews/verifications and support of systems improvements efforts and projects.
Major Activities
• Drive operational consistency and process efficiency of the group
• Implement continuous process improvement with a strong focus on automation
• Resource management to provide quality products on time to specification
• Business improvement and expansion in line with growth
• Ensure appropriate contract management processes are in place to manage, monitor and report upon operational effectiveness.
• Solves unique and complex pricing issues that may not necessarily have prescribed solutions or guidelines.
• Ensure systems and processes are followed and are in place for AFC to be responsive to the external environment, to be superior amongst the industry, to ensure financial optimisation and to manage risk.
• Build and preserve trusting relationships with all key stakeholders
• Resourcing - allocation and management;
• Train and mentor staff to increase productivity and efficiencies
• Conduct and chair weekly meetings with production and project team - ensure minutes are distributed
• Lead and support your team to be accountable for accurate, on-time invoicing, reporting and expenses
• Be a mentor to a team of colleagues, to set good examples of process, across new and existing clients;
• Participate in weekly and daily meetings
• Be an active and positive contributor to team performance and culture, leading by example and setting the standards of leadership and best in class sales and new business development skills
• Ensure that all clients are provided services and relationships to the highest of standards to maintain their account and for them to refer their networks to AFC's services;
• Undertake problem solving in a collaborate and positive way making sure the customer is always satisfied; and
• Communicate and engage with internal staff in a manner that is informative, consultative and constructive for the achievement of business objectives. Develop project plans, scope and schedules
• Develops systems and methodologies to track QC testing schedules ensuring demands are met.
• Creates and maintains quality performance metrics. Reports metrics internally and externally as required.
• Ensures the accurate and timely completion of activities related to testing and projects.
• Establishes a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time and within specification.
• Performs statistical analysis to analyze trends, and works with manufacturing to investigate, conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions for processes
• Resolve quality issues and ensure guidelines are effectively implemented.
• Support the interpretation and implementation of existing and new regulatory requirements and industry standard methodologies.
• Responsible for ensuring internal policies, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Advances a team-based environment, promoting accountability, collaboration, clarity of purpose and goals, and high commitment to achieve business goals. Uses the results of performance evaluation to target improvement efforts and demonstrates appropriate examples of compliance behaviors and attitudes.
• Works with suppliers and vendors to help resolve complex quality issues (e.g., investigations, troubleshoots raw materials issues).

Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Garment/ Cut & Sewn and Textile Soft Goods. At least 2 years in team management.
• Supply chain management experience i.e. compliance, sourcing, quality.
• Excellent command of English
• Understanding print and packaging is a plus
• Experience in supplier management / development
• Effective problem solving, root cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change
• Proven track record in team management and people competency development
• Ability to work in highly competing industrial environment, with strong desire to win; Ability to drive and lead changes
• Strong personal leadership & be self-initiative ; strong analytical, problem solving, coaching, interpersonal
English communication skills is a must
