Operation Officer (HCMC)

I. Role Purpose:
Support NBU to push up NBU process in South and handle claim cases in South within authority.
II. Key Accountabilities:
Support NB & UW in South area:
Support NB to verify new applications before sending to HN
Issue policies in BAMS within authority
Follow up pending cases
Perform adjustment transactions in BAMS for change requests within free-look period
Support UW to underwrite new cases within authority and to work with medical networks in South to improve UW service
Support training department to train OP guidelines to FC in South
Contribute to enhance services/processes to better service customers
Handle claims within authority:
Support Claim team to process claim cases in South in compliance with claim procedures
Perform on site investigation when required
Follow-up claim cases, make claim reports & analysis
Build up relationship with hospitals, doctors to improve claim process
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager/Manager from time to time.
