JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing and arranging bookings with shipping lines, co-loader in accordance with the customer's export plan
Managing the issuance of corporate bills to customers, sales, and the costs of shipments
Make a monthly report of business activities to the Manager
Assign work to junior staff in accordance with the capacity, ability, and instructions of the superior, and recommend new hires if necessary.
Build job descriptions for job titles in the department based on the functions of the department
Train junior staff to have enough professional knowledge to complete the assigned work
Comply with and manage the department's professional activities in accordance with the company's quality management system, ensure productivity & output quality, and meet all requirements of customers.
Receive and fulfill requests related to air freight forwarding from customers or agents.
Gather documents to send a pre-alert to notify the agent of the information about the shipment.
Issue debit note, send to customers, agents.
Issue HBL, HAWB to customers, submit SI to shipping lines, and the co-loader
Check, fully collect the cost of the shipment, and request payment from the shipping company or coleader.
Handle daily tasks.
