* Position 1: Operation Project Management (Specialist)
Project leader in operation side to lead and drive project to meet the target project's requirements & timeline
Manage materials & supplier readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.
Lead VN factory readiness for all Sample Builds and Mass Production to ensure Good Quality products to be shipped out.
Communication with customers to adjust the demand, according to project or material status, balance the demand of tools & materials.
Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take prevent actions. 6.Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in project management, material planning, or production planning.
Knowledge: ERP software (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft...); Working well with MS Excel, and other MS Office software; Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
Function Skills: Good communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skill/ Proactive and eager to learn/ Able to develop and manage project plans with clear timelines/ Good planning skill for both material and production planning/ Experience in problem solving process and method/ Strong data analysis skill, able to analyze and interpret data to support projects planning
