Mô tả công việc
** Working as a contact point between the customers and the company to ensure efficient service to customers:
- Check rate with carrier, airline & vendor
- Arrange and track daily logistics activities.
- NVOCC document. (HBL, A / N, D / O, D / N, C / N)
- Support for improvement activities in the operational process.
- Handle requests / enquiries from agents and customers (Air / Sea Export) for both General Goods & DG Goods.
- Handling shipments of sea / air shipments designated under the standard operating procedures of the company.
- Track export / import shipments until shipment is completed.
- Regularly update customer information on ongoing shipments.
- Report to manager if any customer's complaint (if any).
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to clients, working to acquire, maintain and develop the relationships.
- Report every week/month
- Other duties assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
- Age: 25 - 30
- Graduated from College / University specializing in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related.
- Good communication in English/Chinese
- At least 1-2 years-experience in equivalent position.
- Experienced in Logistics field
- Have the spirit of teamwork, careful and meticulous in works, proactive and willing to learn
