Mô tả công việc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive orders/information from customer
- Check schedules, rates, possible choice of carrier, space, booking
- Liaise with customers, vendors for the provision of smooth processing and logistics flow or for all necessary procedures to load cargoes on board as planned
- Coordinate with vendors, oversea agents for transport arrangement
- Make/check/confirm debit notes
- Make payment documents to invoice to customer
- Make S/I, check and confirm B/L
- Shipment status monitoring and report
- Checking and sending Pre-alert, A/N, BLs....
- D/O release
- Input shipment data into company system
- Monthly report

Yêu cầu

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade University specific in Freight forwarding.
- Understanding of INCOTERMS, IMPORT & EXPORT PROCESSES
- Good English
- Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power-point)
- Strong customer mindset.
- Have a good skill in communicating with customers and partners and have amiable attitude with colleagues.
- Honest, active, high discipline
- Good at planning/organizing and time management
- Good communication skills (interpersonal, emailing...)
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills
- Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
