Familiar handling operation USA/CAN routine shipment, correct submit AMS/VGM/MBL/HBL, gated in port timely
Receive booking,check booking for Air/sea export & import shipments and define shipment details.
Booking with carrier directly follow the policy and negotiated with relevant parties (customer, network/GW offices, shipping lines) to arrange a suitable shipping schedule for each shipment.
Export: coordinate with Procurement supervisor & work with shipping lines/ co-loader to get booking confirmation, release booking to shipper after receiving confirmation from controlling party.
Import: provide SI to network/GW offices, check and get client's confirmation on draft of MBL/HBL. Also send confirmation mail to network/GW offices and follow to have final pre-alert docs from them to update for client accordingly. Make sure to submit manifest of every shipments in time, without failure.
Support customer in negotiation with carriers about closing time/ demurrage / detention/ D/O extension if needed
Timely and accurately issue bill of lading to customer and send pre-alert to agent
Coordinate with logistics supplier to perform a standard service for ex-works shipments
Regular track and trace every shipment and update cargo status to customer/ sales/ network constantly.
Timely and accurately issue Debit note/invoice to customer/ network without KPI's failure.
