Operation Supervisor( Customer Service And Document Import-Export In Forwarding Company)

- Contact and work with customers, shipping lines, foreign agents
- Issue Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
- Support customers and sales departments
- Solve any arising problems related to the shipping documents, Bill of Lading, cargo release...for customers / agents
- More concentration and shipping services to United State (TP), Intra Asia & European
- Arrange details of shipments with warehouse/ forwarders/carriers/transporter as necessary for imports/exports.
• Knowledge of International trade terms & business.
• Knowledge of excise rules & documentation
- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Sea Import /or Export or Air-import /or export
- Issue HBL/HAWB or Forwarder's Cargo Receipts to vendors.
- Filling AMS, ACI if any in need
- Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.-
- Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure local charges are informed to shippers in a timely and accurately manner.
- Report service or business failure to Head of Operation.
- Other tasks as designed by superior.
