Follow up the air & sea import-export shipments.
Make the Bill
Make the debit note
Work with carriers, aiirline to get booking , send booking to customer, send pre-alert to agent... follow-up shippment
Receive A/N from carriers & aiirline, submit MNF, send A/N to customer... follow-up shippment until delivery cargo to customer done.
Coordinate with accountants to write up debts and send them to customers, monitor debts together with related departments.
Keep and build relationships with the old customer and new customers.
Make report weekly, monthly

College/ University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marine, Foreign language
Honest and humble person.
Proficient in Japanese
English communication
Able to work under pressure
Good teamwork, long-term working, responsibility.
Proficient in office computer

Experience in logistics field would be an advantage
Probationary in 2 months - 85% Gross Salary
