Role Description
The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for supporting the end-to-end coordination of maritime supply operations. This role includes managing orders for bunkers, lubricants, ship stores, and spare parts, ensuring accurate documentation, and tracking deliveries to meet client timelines and port regulations.
The Operational
Specialist will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve issues, optimize processes, and maintain clear communication with clients on order status and operational updates. Daily tasks involve monitoring inventory and shipment schedules, preparing operational reports, and supporting project-based initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and supporting the implementation of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operational performance, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist in planning, executing, and tracking operational improvement initiatives.
Experience in maritime, logistics, or supply chain environments is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints are required.
Proficiency in standard office software and comfortable working with operational systems and databases.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain a client-focused mindset.
