What will you do

As a Financial Operations Associate, you will work on day-to-day financial operations, transaction processing, data reconciliation and cross-functional issue resolution in a fintech environment.

• Customer services: Work closely with the engineering team and CS team to resolve customers' requests in a timely manner.
• Initiative Projects: Work closely with the leadership team on various projects and be the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and with the best use of resources.
• Reconciliation: Reconciliation, monitor data between Anfin and partners.
• Report: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report
• Other tasks: Prepare documents, coordinate with other departments to solve issues, tracking and process deposit/withdrawal transactions,...

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance and Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, securities, banking, fund operations, payment operations, fintech or other transaction-driven environments.)
• Hands-on experience with transaction processing, reconciliation, data verification or operational issue resolution is preferred.
• Energetic and willing to learn and challenge yourself
• Quickly handle arising situations and able to navigate through ambiguity
