Uni Export is a leading and pioneering supplier of wood pellets in Vietnam and Asia, with a substantial 19-years experiences.
Operating 5 production plants, we currently deliver a supply of over 500,000 tons of biomass energy, along with 300,000 tons of wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood powder; and more than 18,000 cubic meters of plywood annually. Together with 4 forthcoming expansion projects in the south, central highlands, and northern parts of Vietnam, our total production capacity is anticipated to reach 700,000 MT by 2024 and surpass 1,000,000 MT by 2025 for biomass energy.

Responsibilities:
The Operation Executive in the Container Team is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end logistics process for container shipments. This includes managing documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that shipments are executed according to plan in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The role supports seamless cargo flow from origin to destination in line with customer requirements and company service standards.
Follow up with Sales/CS/Planning teams to update PO information (expected shipment schedule, booking status, container type/size, payment terms, special requirements)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse teams to ensure timely stuffing, customs clearance, and dispatch of containers
Request and manage services from third parties including inspection companies, shipping agencies, trucking companies, and customs brokers
Monitor and follow up on payments with relevant parties, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Handle inquiries from customers and support with ad hoc logistics-related issues
Collaborate with the Legal team to prepare service contracts and ensure the proper implementation of terms and conditions
Prepare and update regular reports on shipment status, logistics performance, and operational issues as required by management or other departments
Contribute to the standardization of internal documents and procedures (e.g. SOPs, shipping checklists, templates, and training materials)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in container shipping or freight forwarding
Proficient English skills are a plus
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics management software is a plus
Effective communication skills with a proactive and collaborative working attitude
Willingness to travel to ports, warehouses, or logistics service providers as required
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working location and hours:
Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Time: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM - 12.00 PM - WFH available)
