Mô tả công việc
Founded in 2010, The Straits International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based supply chain manager specializing in agricultural and protein commodities. TSI is a subsidiary within the corporate structure of Mamabox Corporation.
We're looking for an operation that can manage all the foreign contracts between TSI and other companies, focusing on the Agricultural industry - import-export, animal feed industry, or flour milling. Details are below:
Key responsibilities:
Issue sales contract
Follow up and check purchase orders against sales orders and vice versa
Prepare instructions to the shipper for shipments and documents and follow up on schedule.
Handle full set export documents from following up with supplier, and checking drafts and originals.
Issue invoice and packing list.
Liaising with customs/authorities/insurance companies and/or related parties
Liaise with customers and suppliers on schedule, documents, and all related work.
Booking of freight/liaising with forwarder
Handling of buyer/supplier claims arising from shipments
Maintain proper recording of invoices and shipment schedule
Weekly schedule and shipment report
Work directly with the Singapore office to ensure the smooth execution of all shipments
To report directly to the General Manager
To provide other support and duties as assigned by The Director.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in international supply chain management, preferably in agricultural commodities.
Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
Competence in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability under pressure.
Familiarity with international trade regulations.
Qualifications:
Preferred certifications in supply chain management or logistics.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing); additional languages are advantageous.
Knowledge:
Understanding of agricultural and protein commodities supply chains.
Knowledge of customs procedures and insurance regulations.
