Operations Head (Contract Logistics)

As a 3PL service provider, Operations Head shall manage several warehouses and transportation section including:
- Lead a team of logistics professionals in ensuring high customer. satisfaction through the delivery of supply chain fulfillment strategies.
- Manage and monitor operations performance objectives and service standards.
- Responsible for Profit & Loss of customer accounts.
- Prepare annual budget, forecasts and manage profitability.
- Lead the team in developing and maintaining good relationships and partnerships with customers and vendors.
- Implement continual improvement initiatives to achieve increased innovation, productivity, and costs savings.
- Drive cost reduction measures to manage cost within budget and increase profitability.
- Measure and submit warehouse operation KPIs for monthly reviews with the management.
- Develop and expand business development opportunities with existing customers.
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, development of staff potential, and performance management.
- Play a role of account management for existing customers under his/ her charge.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
