Online Tutoring System Operations
Support the implementation and smooth operation of the online tutoring course system.
Ensure that all processes run efficiently, identifying and resolving operational issues.
Customer Service & Feedback Management
Assist in receiving and handling feedback from students, parents, and tutors.
Work closely with relevant teams to address concerns and improve user experience.
Quality Assurance & Tutor Management
Support tutor recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Monitor student progress and tutor performance to ensure service quality.
Internal Operations & Process Optimization
Coordinate with back-office teams to maintain smooth workflows.
Assist in developing and refining departmental processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
Data Collection & Reporting
Support the collection, analysis, and synthesis of operational data.
Assist in preparing periodic reports for the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
Third-year, final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Education, or related fields.
Understanding or willingness to learn about project management, business operations, and related tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, etc.).
Strong English proficiency with relevant certifications such as IELTS, TOEIC, etc.
Prior experience in extracurricular activities, organizations, or clubs is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills that are flexible and effective.
Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Passionate about education and technology, with a desire to create valuable products for the community.
