· Handle all services for clients, group bookings.
· Built new policies - SOPs, improved workflows
· Supported and worked with Sales, Accountant and Contracting teams to smoothly run business and improve services.
· Negotiated contracts and packages, retained good friendships with hotels, restaurants, airlines and stakeholders.
· Acted as key point of contact for the company to solve emergency problems relating to clients, tour guides, suppliers.
· Designed, assessed, monitored new products and services from inception to execution.
· Created and set up regular meetings for the company to update on activities and achievement, complaints and other issues.
· Organised social and outdoor activities for employees.
· Co-operate with accounting Dept in payment for suppliers
· Coordinate with other department to improve the quality of services.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Education: Bachelor/Master: any majors related to Hospitality, Business administration or Tourism and Travel Services Management
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Good English in both writen and communication
· Experience in both international and local companies is an advantage
