Mô tả công việc
Due to market expansion, we need to looking for Operations Manager with experiences as below:
1. Assist in site selection and development that is consistent with global practices.
2. Assessing franchise unit operations based on brand integrity & improvement of operations.
3. Aiding the General Manager and Restaurant Manager in the roll-out of system wide programs.
4. Acting as the main contact between GM/Corporate and the Restaurant Managers
5. Manage all produces and key ingredients to achieve an efficient, quality operation.
6. Monitor material usage, quality and documentation to confirm that standards are met or exceeded.
7. Training and development of your team: oversee the selection, training and development of your personnel and multiple restaurant locations.
8. Direct continuous improvement activities.
9. Lead by example with a hands on approach to management
10. Management of all store operations
11. Strong communication and people management skills
12. Ensure and maintain a strong customer service focus that will "go beyond" expectations.
13. To be fully flexible to manage all aspects of restaurant operations.
14. Support to Company's activities which are required
Yêu cầu
1. Education / Training Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have experience in a multi-unit casual dining establishment.
- Vietnamese Nationals only, with fluency in both oral and written English.
2. Experience:
- Over 04 years of experience in which 03 years in Restaurant Operations
- Multi-unit experience is required
- Food and Beverage experience is required
