Job Summary
• The Operations Manager - SSC is responsible for managing operational performance of the Shared Service Center. This role oversees daily operations while driving service excellence, scalability, and capability development to support sister companies within Montana Aerospace offshore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership & Service Excellence
• Lead and optimize SSC operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service consistency.
• Analyze current operational performance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure operational processes meet organizational standards, SLAs, and stakeholder expectations.
2. Team Leadership, Capability Building & L&D
• Build, lead, and inspire a high performing operations team with strong ownership and accountability.
• Assess team capability gaps and design targeted learning and development plans to build a highly qualified local talent pool.
• Coach and develop team leaders and key talents to support succession planning and long term SSC sustainability.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, collaboration, and service mindset.
3. Performance Management & KPIs
• Define, track, and continuously improve key operational and program KPIs.
• Monitor performance trends, identify root causes of issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Regularly report performance insights and improvement plans to leadership and stakeholders.

• Service oriented and commercially aware mindset, capable of seeing offshore service opportunities across sister companies.
• Proven leadership and people development capability, with strong focus on L&D and team capability building.
• High energy, resilience, and execution drive to continuously move the SSC to the next level of maturity.
• Strategic thinking with hands on execution, comfortable operating between strategy and daily operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
