Mô tả công việc
- Sort and classify export and import documents/shipments according to operational procedures. Handle irregular cases during operations (e.g., damaged goods, misrouted shipments).
- Perform scanning and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the Delivery and Dispatch teams to handle abnormal receiving cases, undeliverable shipments, and other customer-related requests.
- Contact customers to obtain additional information or arrange special delivery requirements.
- Communicate with relevant departments to obtain information supporting delivery and pickup.
- Complete procedures for returning shipments to origin or sender within Vietnam.
- Record and monitor inventory shipments.
- File and maintain documents in accordance with regulations.
Yêu cầu
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail
