1. Nhiệm vụ chính/Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Management
- Assess current organizational structures, functions, and reporting lines to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) and maintain clear reporting hierarchies.
- Recommend structural improvements and organizational models to optimize operational efficiency.
Performance Management System (KPIs)
- Analyze business processes to develop and implement KPI systems (Company, Department, and Individual levels) using SMART criteria.
- Coordinate with units to monitor, evaluate, and adjust KPIs periodically based on business results.
- Lead the deployment of KPI management software and maintain the job database.
- Train and guide all departments on the application of KPI frameworks and performance tools.
Job Architecture & Competency Framework
- Design and manage a standardized job architecture (levels, grades, and functions).
- Develop competency frameworks for each role to support recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.
- Propose and implement career paths for key positions to enhance talent retention.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or HOD
2. Nhiệm vụ phụ/ hỗ trợ (Side quest/support)
HRIS & Groupware Development
- Monitor HR system operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT to develop new functionalities.
- Manage user access rights and ensure data security within HR modules.
- Gather user feedback, analyze system requirements, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates.
- Communicate system changes and provide technical training to end-users.
Advisory & Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports on organizational health and KPI performance.
- Provide data-driven insights and advise senior management on performance trends and organizational development best practices.
3. Mối Quan hệ nội bộ/ Internal:
· Department Heads / Managers: To collaborate on KPI setting, JD updates, and competency assessment for their respective teams.
· IT Department: To coordinate on HRIS/Groupware development, troubleshooting, and system security.
· HR Team (Recruitment, C&B, L&D): To provide the competency frameworks and job architectures that serve as the foundation for their functions.

· Consulting Firms: To work with external OD/HR consultants for specialized projects (e.g., salary surveys, large-scale restructuring).
· Software Vendors: To manage relationships with HRIS or KPI software providers regarding technical support and system upgrades.
· Professional Networks: To stay updated on industry benchmarks, HR technology trends, and organizational design model
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB REQUIREMENT
1.Trình độ học vấn, chứng chỉ/ Education level, certification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Kinh nghiệm/Experience
3-5 years in OD, Performance Management, or HR System roles
3. Yêu cầu khác/ other requirements
Strong analytical thinking, proficiency in Excel/Visio, and excellent communication in English
