Job Description:
• Primarily responsible for outdoor sales activities.
• Approach new customers to expand business (mainly in areas Haiphong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh... etc.)
• Visit customers regularly (2-3 times per week) at areas where responsibility.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate via email with customers, overseas agents, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue quotations and contracts.
• Work closely with internal departments (Customs Broker, NVOCC, Accounting, etc.).
• Assist
sales supervisor/ manager with outdoor sales activities.
• Troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by sales supervisor or
sales manager.
• Training to new
sales staff the logistics procedure and approach new clients.
