Job Description:
• Primarily responsible for outdoor sales activities.
• Approach new customers to expand business (mainly in areas Haiphong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh... etc.)
• Visit customers regularly (2-3 times per week) at areas where responsibility.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate via email with customers, overseas agents, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue quotations and contracts.
• Work closely with internal departments (Customs Broker, NVOCC, Accounting, etc.).
• Assist
sales supervisor/ manager with outdoor sales activities.
• Troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by sales supervisor or
sales manager.
• Training to new
sales staff the logistics procedure and approach new clients.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
1. Fluency in English with good business manners and a strong work communication.
2. Logistics experience, including:
• Warehousing
• Freight forwarding (International Air/Ocean Transportation)
• Customs Clearance, etc.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
4. Workplace:
• Hankyu Hanshin Express (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (Hai Phong Office)
Address: K1-VIDIFI, Dinh Vu End-route Service Park, Dong Hai Ward, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.
5. Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: Off
6. Salary and Benefits:
• Salary Range: USD 500 - USD 900 per month (based on skills and experience).
• Company Allowances: Lunch, telephone, transportation, etc.
• Bonus: Twice per year.
