Mô tả công việc
Lead and oversee the daily operations of Luma Restaurant & Bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service delivery.
Manage restaurant and bar operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, service quality, guest flow, and special events.
Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, service procedures, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle guest feedback and complaints, and implement service recovery solutions when needed.
Drive revenue, profitability, upselling initiatives, and cost control to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with Culinary, Bar, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to enhance guest experiences and support promotional activities.
Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
Ensure the outlet is well-maintained, guest-ready, and operates safely at all times.

Yêu cầu
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong guest service and service recovery skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional language skills and professional beverage, wine, or spirits certifications are an advantage.
Familiarity with restaurant and bar operating systems, Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum 7 years of Food & Beverage service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong guest service and service recovery skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional language skills and professional beverage, wine, or spirits certifications are an advantage.
