This role is based at one of Ocany's strategic partners, where you'll be part of a growing team dedicated to bringing premium alkaline water products to Vietnamese consumers.
B2B paid advertising (core): Running LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns for globalizing companies, living and dying by CPL and lead quality
Closed-loop data: Full tracking stacks plus CRM integration, showing clients the complete ad-to-lead-to-deal chain - our biggest differentiator
Ad creative & content: Short video, statics, whitepapers, and case studies built for overseas B2B contexts, all in service of conversion
Social media support: Maintaining clients' professional presence on LinkedIn and beyond to amplify paid performance
Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 PM

Fluent English
Must have directly managed live advertising accounts and optimized real budgets (on Meta, Google, LinkedIn); knows how to optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and lead quality.
Possesses real-world deliverables (videos, designs, articles, tracking/CRM systems) that have been deployed, with data proving conversion effectiveness.
