This role is based at one of Ocany's strategic partners, where you'll join a dynamic and fast-growing team.
1. End-to-End Media Buying (Core)
Independently build and run Meta and Google accounts: structure design, budgeting, audience building, ad creation, daily operations
Command of learning phases, auction mechanics, creative fatigue, and account optimization - scale spend stably while protecting account standing
Run LinkedIn B2B campaigns targeting by job title, industry, and company size for high-value inquiries
2. Tracking & Analytics (Interim
Data Analyst Function)
Independently configure and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and GTM; verify conversions and handle attribution
Connect ad platforms with client CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce): UTM source tagging and lead-status feedback for the closed loop
Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio or similar to minimize manual reporting
Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, Lookalike, and retargeting strategies continuously
Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates daily to keep improving efficiency
3. Creative Strategy & Iteration
Translate performance data into creative direction for images, short video, and copy; own the creative testing plan
Understand overseas audience behavior; plan creatives around product value props and iterate winning ads for B2B contexts
Collaborate with design and video teams on production; provide light-touch support for client social accounts
4. Lead Loop & Collaboration
Use sales feedback on lead quality to refine audiences and creatives
Deliver regular reports and optimization plans grounded in closed-loop data
5. Team & Systems
Mentor junior media buyers; document SOPs, testing methodology, and the internal knowledge base
Support pre-sales diagnostics for key clients and help produce media test proposals
Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 PM
