Position Overview The position is responsible for managing C&B (Compensation & Benefits) operations across oversees market, overseeing a workforce of approximately 200 employees. This includes end-to-end payroll verification and reconciliation with external partners, as well as direct ownership of incentive calculations.
The role also partners closely with HRBP Manager to drive the development and implementation of performance management frameworks (KPIs) and HR policies, ensuring alignment and consistency across regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
C&B Operations
Manage end-to-end payroll process in coordination with external vendors (payroll verification, reconciliation, payment timeline), ensure payroll accuracy, cost control, and timely salary disbursement
Calculate and manage monthly incentives, commissions, and bonus schemes
Oversee statutory compliance including personal income tax (PIT), social security, and mandatory contributions in each market
Administer employee benefits programs (welfare, insurance, allowances, HMO, etc.) across markets
Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate filing, reporting, and payment of all statutory obligations
HR Policy & Performance Management
Support development and implementation of HR policies (working rules, income policy, performance management, etc.)
Partner with HRBP Manager and Business Heads to design and deploy KPI frameworks
Monitor KPI execution and ensure alignment between performance and reward mechanisms
Reporting & Data Analytics
Analyze HR data (labor cost, payroll variance, incentive effectiveness, etc.) to support decision-making
Identify trends and propose optimization for C&B structure and cost efficiency
Employee Support & Governance
Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax, benefits, and incentives
Ensure clear communication and transparency of C&B policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in C&B or HR Operations
Prior experience in C&B or HR operations for overseas markets is an advantage; training will be provided for candidates without such experience
Preference for candidates with strong understanding of KPI frameworks, HR policies or willing to learn with a long-term career orientation toward an HRBP role.
Proficient in Excel (data processing, reporting, analysis)
Highly accurate with strong logical thinking and confidentiality awareness
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work proactively and effectively with multiple stakeholders
Good command of English for daily work and communication with partners
