Wellform (Vietnam) seeks a Packaging Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
With headquarters located in Hong Kong, we have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying of lingerie, swimwear and nightwear to major European and US brands.

The successful candidate will:
- Manage our company's finished goods packaging deparment, responsibile for all aspects of packaging until the goods depart the factory.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
- Implement workflows to enhance productivity.
- Follow up and maintain packaging specification as per customers' request.
- Follow up with other department to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Support QA and Production team in solving quality issues.
- Own and maintain all custopmer's packaging instructions.

Yêu cầu
The successful candidate will need:
At least 5 years of previous experience in supervisory or managerial role in garment factory's packaging department.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultral environment
Can work in a high-pressure environment
Have an eye for detail
Possess a mangement mind-set
Computer skills (MS 365 Suite)
Chinese langauge speaking skills
English language reading and writing skills
