Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Packaging Materials Supervisor/Manager (1400 USD, ID 20047)
Packaging Material Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of packaging materials to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Demand Planning: Analyze production plans and translate them into material requirements, taking into account lead times, historical consumption, and current stock levels.
Purchase Requisition (PR) Management: Prepare and track purchase requisitions based on calculated demand, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational requirements.
Delivery Planning & Coordination: Develop and monitor delivery schedules with suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery and proactively negotiating changes when necessary.
Operations Planning Coordination: Ensure effective coordination and alignment among demand planning, production, procurement, and receiving functions.
Supplier Quality Management: Handle supplier quality issues by raising and monitoring claims, coordinating root cause analysis, and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
Requirement
Male/Female. Age: 25-40 years old
Bachelor's degree or above
Having 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in packaging material management within manufacturing plants
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in packaging manufacturing environments
Fluent in English (4 skills)
