Position Overview
As the Paid Ads Leader, you will take full ownership of the performance, budget, and delivery timelines of all paid media campaigns across the company/client portfolio. The core focus of this position is to architect advertising campaigns, drive project management based on strategic goals (KPIs/OKRs), monitor reporting data, and optimize campaigns to minimize costs while driving scalable revenue growth.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Paid Ads Project Management & Operations (40%)
Planning & Timeline Management: Establish, allocate, and monitor the implementation progress of Paid Ads projects (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linkedin, etc.). Ensure all campaigns are launched on time and perfectly aligned with strategic directions.
Partner Oversight: Coordinate with and oversee advertising partners. Formulate joint action plans and align partner execution with the business goals of both the company and clients.
Performance Control (KPIs): Supervise strict performance benchmarks for each project, tracking and measuring metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
Training & Development: Organize internal training sessions, stay updated on new platform algorithms and policies, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the teams.
2. Reporting & Analytics (30%)
Automated Reporting Systems: Setup and maintain real-time reporting dashboards for each project/client using Looker Studio and Advanced Google Sheets by automatically connecting data streams from various ad platforms.
Data Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct routine (daily/weekly) data audits to verify information accuracy. Ensure tracking frameworks (GA4, GTM, Pixels, and Conversions API) function flawlessly with zero data mismatch between ad channels and backend/CRM systems.
Deep-Dive Data Analytics: Deep dive into raw numbers to diagnose root causes behind performance fluctuations (e.g., analyzing high CTR vs. low CR, sudden spikes in CPM, etc.).
Forecasting & Recommendations: Leverage historical data and market trends to forecast future performance, offering proactive recommendations to scale budgets or cut spend in a timely manner.
3. Strategic & Creative Alignment (30%)
Data-Driven Creative Direction: Analyze creative-specific metrics (Hook rates, Hold rates, CTR) to provide accurate feedback loops for Copywriters and
Designers to optimize Content, Videos, and Imagery.
Funnel & Landing Page Optimization (CRO): Partner with the Tech/Web team to analyze on-page user behavior (using tools like Hotjar, Clarity) to optimize user experience and conversion rates on Landing Pages/Websites.
