Painting Process & Equipment Setup
Complete painting processes for new programs, including ABB robot programming, GRACO system parameter setup, and setup sheet parameter configuration.
Optimize automatic color change-over system programs and painting process parameters.
Establish painting TPM standards and support painting quotation information when required.
Fixture Design, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Design and optimize painting fixtures, including fixture maintenance standards and improvement plans.
Analyze and solve painting quality issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Conduct continuous improvement activities related to safety, process, quality, and cost for mass production programs.
Training & Operational Support
Support paint technician skill training.
Support operation and maintenance improvement for painting line equipment.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Engineering degree or certificate of completion of studies; Bachelor's degree related to the area of responsibility is preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in the painting manufacturing field.
Skills & Competencies
Able to program ABB robots independently.
Proficient in operating GRACO 2K mixed paint systems.
Able to paint products manually and independently.
Familiar with 1K, 2K, solvent-based, and waterborne paint performance.
Good knowledge of painting principles, painting line equipment operation and maintenance, and plastic parts painting methods.
Language / Other Requirements
Must pass the Machine Reasoning Test with 80% correctness.
Must achieve a Wonderlic score of 20 or above.
Candidate will complete 2 tests: online and offline.
Interview process includes 1 round at the factory with foreign managers.
