Join our Legal team in Antwerp as a Paralegal and contribute to the global operations of an international company. Bring your precision, analytical skills, and passion for law to a dynamic and growing environment.
What you'll do:
Manage and organize legal files, including archiving and notarial documents
Support KYC/KYS processes
Draft and revise commercial contracts under the guidance of our Legal Counsel
Conduct legal research in commercial and corporate law
Help develop legal templates, policies, and procedures
Who you are:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Law
Basic knowledge of commercial & corporate law
Analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative
Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus!)
A few years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, or a junior profile with ambition and growth potential
