Working with Prudential as Partner Collection Manager means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals and manage activities of Premium Collection Team in conformity with approved policies, guidelines and objectives with a view to better serving customers in an effective and efficient manner
Accountability
- To drive Premium Collection performance, ensure smooth team operation towards achieving pre-set BAU targets such as C-Sat, productivity, E2E TAT, pending rate, accuracy rate, budget & expense control
- To run initiatives/projects for more PC effectiveness & efficiency such as enhance PC web for auto application premium to system, work with partners to do real time transactions, execute initiatives to improve home collection services
- To deploy new premium collection channels
- To participant to implement Strategic projects such as Contact ability, Premium/cashless collection, PS process improvement, Banca premium collection supports
- To build and develop team. Provide assistance and support for Customer Retention team effective performance, people coaching and engagement. Be able to back-up Section Head when needed
Key responsibilities
- To ensure Initial and Renewal premium paid by customers via Partners (bank, VNPost, POS,...) are collected and applied to system as pre-set workflow. To maximize team performance for achieving Business as usual KPIs & targets
- To resolve customer complaints or operational issues quickly and effectively
- To deploy assigned projects timely and gain expected results
- To ensure Operating Manual is updated timely and well-communicated to relevant. To ensure quality control, risk & compliance management included in Partner Collection operation
- To best use of Premium Collection cost
- To coordinate with Finance to maintain good working and supportive relationship with Partners
- To work with IT for building and enhancement system as well as fixing errors
- To ready back-up, support colleagues and Section Head
- To actively contribute to build and implement Section engagement activities
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any)
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
Mandatory: University graduate
Advantage: University graduate in Finance, Insurance or Banking
Experiences:
Mandatory: At least 3 year of team leader working experience
Advantage: Experience in the life insurance industry in general and Policy Service/ Partner collection in particular
Knowledge and skill set:
Mandatory: Customer Service, procedures/processes, PC skills, English skills, people management skills, performance management skills
Advantage: Partner Collection procedures/processes, Advance English & Project management skills, leadership skills
