Mô tả công việc
- Build pipeline with new partnerships (both Business and Individual). Developing retail distribution network
- Work closely with partnership to onboard and provide best practices for effective implementation
- Manage purchases processed through the system.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Manage CRM for partnership ticket tracking
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to deploy sales campaigns on social platforms
- Support translate documents (if any)
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results for Head of B2C Sales.

Requirements:
- Having at least 6 months experience (E-commerce, Agency, Partnership Development,...) in the same position.
- Ability to manage multiple project initiatives and work collectively with an off-site team of resources.
- Experience in researching potential partners
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing Partnership relationships.
- Good communication skills (both Chinese and Vietnamese)
- Excellent client service skills.
- Business development skill is a plus
