ABOUT VINDYNAMICS:
At VinDynamics, we design safe, affordable, and intelligent humanoid robots to assist in everyday life - robots for everyone. Backed by Vingroup, Vietnam's leading technology conglomerate, we are on a mission to make advanced robotics accessible, reliable, and beneficial for billions of people worldwide. By combining cutting-edge AI, world-class engineering, and human-centered design, we aim to seamlessly integrate robots into daily life - enhancing safety, productivity, and happiness at home and beyond.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Brand content and writing
Write and edit corporate content: company introductions, capability profiles, invitations, press releases and posts about partnership activities.
Translate technical input from the engineering teams into clear, engaging content in the brand's voice.
Build and maintain partner-facing materials: company deck, one-pager, brochure and sales kits.
Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all materials.
Write end-to-end event scripts: run-sheets, MC scripts, leadership speeches and stage scripts.
Write robot demo and showcase scripts: dialogue, demo flow and guest interactions.
Work with engineers to understand each robot's features and technical limits, then design scripts that are both feasible and memorable.
Run rehearsals and refine scripts based on real operating conditions.
Develop concepts, scripts and storyboards for corporate, product, robot and event recap videos.
Work with in-house production teams or agencies: write briefs, supervise shoots and give feedback on pacing, color, music and typography.
Review and uphold the aesthetic quality of all photos and videos against brand standards.
2. Event operations
Plan and run partner events: conferences, signing ceremonies, exhibitions, product demos and delegation visits.
Coordinate logistics, timelines, staff and vendors; be on site to resolve issues as they arise.
Manage robot display and demo areas together with the technical team.
Wrap up each event with a report, photo and video assets, and lessons learned.
3. Liaison with technology teams and partners
Act as the main point of contact between Partnership Development and the technology teams for all brand and event activities.
Gather the information, schedules and technical resources each activity needs, and track progress through to completion.
Communicate professionally with partners, guests and vendors.
4. Paperwork and project administration
Prepare and manage documents: plans, proposals, quotations, service contracts, minutes, official letters and internal approval requests.
Track budgets and handle payment and settlement for brand and event activities.
Keep brand documents, photos and videos organized and well archived.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Languages or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in branding, communications or content.
Excellent writing skills (top priority): clear, accurate and able to move between formal and creative styles. A writing portfolio is required with your application.
Strong communication skills; confident working across departments and with partners and guests.
Detail-oriented with paperwork and willing to learn administrative processes.
Good English: able to read technical documents, write bilingual content and communicate with international partners.
Hands-on with basic design and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
BENEFITS:
Attractive income, competitive and commensurate with individual capabilities.
13th-month salary, gifts on public holidays and special occasions, and performance-based bonuses.
Meal allowance, annual company trips, health insurance, and exclusive benefits within the Group's ecosystem.
Clear career development opportunities aligned with the company's growth, with access to training programs based on capability and job role.
A dynamic and open working environment with diverse cultural and sports activities.
