- Manage and be responsible for assigned client accounts, including schools, educational institutions, and partners related to School Biz & Sports Events.
- Support the BD Manager in preparing proposals, client reports, documents, records, and related paperwork; process internal B2B documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Track the progress of contracts, services, and client commitments before and after contract closing, ensuring all deliverables are executed according to timeline.
- Work closely with internal teams and related partners (B2C, Program, Operations, Finance, Suppliers) to ensure service quality and the best possible client experience.
- Receive and respond promptly to client feedback; proactively summarize issues, propose suitable solutions, and report to management when necessary.
- Attend client meetings and directly supervise B2B/ECA classes when issues arise during the school year, ensuring timely handling and minimizing operational risks.
- Prepare the annual B2B HCM revenue plan; track, update, and report monthly Revenue / Cash Flow forecasts to the Manager and Finance team.
- Be responsible for maintaining and managing the relationship with SSA's sponsor: track, implement, and report all online and offline sponsorship benefits.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Experience requirements:
+ 1-3 years of experience in Account Management / Project Management /
Business Development / Education / Event or equivalent roles.
+ Experience working directly with clients, schools, educational institutions, or corporate partners is an advantage.
+ Experience in project coordination, contract tracking, paperwork handling, and cross-functional collaboration.

+ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
+ Customer-service mindset with the ability to track progress, control timelines, and handle issues in a timely manner.
+ Ability to read basic business data, track revenue, support cash flow forecasts, and prepare periodic reports.
+ Basic understanding of class operations, ECA programs, sports events, or education environments is an advantage.
